If you are eligible for a refund, Razorpay ensures that the amount is credited back to your original payment method. The refund process is as follows:

1. Refund Initiation: Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund through Razorpay.

2. Processing Time:

   • Instant Refunds: Razorpay processes instant refunds within minutes, provided the payment method supports it.

   • Normal Refunds: If instant refund is not possible, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email from Razorpay with details of the refund.

Please note that Razorpay charges a small fee for processing instant refunds. This fee is deducted from our Razorpay balance and is reflected in our dashboard. In case an instant refund fails and the refund takes 5-7 working days, the fee is credited back to our balance .
